Sheet A-01 · The model
Two entities, one direction of money.
A company that earns, and a foundation that spends. The unusual part is that the women the foundation serves are the company's employees from their first day.
Being fundedHow the money moves
AnchorD Enterprises LLC sells contact center services and digital marketing to real clients. It is a normal business with normal revenue. AnchorD Foundation is a Washington nonprofit that will run the Safe Campus, the housing, the childcare, and the legal and social services. Enterprise profit funds the foundation. Clients who hire the company are, in effect, paying for units.
This is deliberate. Grant cycles end. A services contract renews.
Day one
Employment
A real W-2 job at AnchorD Enterprises, with training. Income on the first day, not after a program is completed.
A place on the Safe Campus
A subsidized unit. Her name on it. Pets included — not as a perk, because the alternative is that she stays.
Childcare
On site, subsidized, on the same schedule as the work. Childcare that does not match a shift is not childcare.
Legal and social services
Attorneys for protection orders, custody, and coerced debt. Case management. This is a partnership problem as much as a money problem and we are working on both.
The two years
The program is structured over twenty-four months, and the structure is financial as much as anything else.
50 / 30 / 20
Half to needs, thirty percent to wants, twenty percent to savings and debt. Coached, not assigned. The point is that she runs her own money for the first time in years, on a subsidized cost base that makes the math survivable.
Credit built, not repaired
“Credit repair” is what predatory companies sell. What we mean is financial empowerment: rent reporting, secured products, and disputing debt that was taken out in her name under coercion. That last one has a name — coerced debt — and it is more common than almost anyone realizes.
Career Pathways
Continuing education toward advanced manufacturing and other high-demand trades. If she does not want that, the resume still holds up, because of the next part.
Every job on the Safe Campus
Each resident rotates through the Safe Campus operations — childcare, the grocery, marketing, retail. Two years of varied, verifiable, reference-backed work history. A woman whose partner kept her out of the workforce for a decade leaves with something on paper.
